Video. If it's good enough to preserve Paris Hilton's unforgettable moments it's got to be good enough for New Bamboo. Tape it, and watch it on the iPhone on the tube to work, problem solved.

Scrum is all about communication! If any members miss out on part of the communication processes, then data / knowledge is potentially lost.

However, it doesn't have to be sub optimal, a quick meeting with the dev's reviewing the stories before the sizing / planning poker would have helped distribute the information.
