This should help the ordering and provide feedback to the business about the costs / benefits of certain tasks.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Having said that, I like the idea of the initial matching as a good way to optimise, as long as everyone is strong enough not to bow to peer pressure and has a similar level of background (story) knowledge then it should prove to be a good speed up!&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Ross</dc:creator><pubDate>Tue, 20 Jan 2009 04:15:00 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
